Billing Rates
Our toolkit allows you to quickly and easily update your billing rates for resources or tasks on all assignments with just a click, saving you valuable time. You no longer need to update billing rates on each assignment individually! You can set these billing updates on the project or task level.

Time Approval Delegation
When an individual who typically approves time is on PTO, you can easily delegate another person to approve time while they are out, so your project remains on schedule, and your billing isn't delayed!
Time & Billing Management
Our toolkit provides many useful searches for managing and reporting time and billing, including tracking value of time entered, missing time entries, invalid time entries, etc. We give you lots of options for controlling what is included and thresholds to report against.
Project Assignment
When you hire or retain a new resource, our EZ Project Assignment feature allows you to quickly assign that resource to one or many projects or tasks. You can easily control the projects to include by leveraging a saved search.
Resources Assignment
When you sell a new project, our EZ Resource Assignment feature allows you to quickly assign that project to one or many resources who are available. You can easily set assignment rates based on resource, project, or task defaults.
Utilization Reporting
We’ve added a custom utilization report that allows easy filtering of resources to include/exclude, as well as utilization goals, allowing you to get a more insightful and useful view of resource utilization.
